At Descendants of House, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Original tags and packaging must still be attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • Items must not show signs of washing, damage, stains, perfume, or alteration

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Limited edition or made-to-order pieces
  • Items marked Final Sale

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size
  • Defective items
  • Incorrect item received

Exchanges depend on product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos showing the issue

We’ll work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
